Break Free Escape Rooms invited Scream Effects Co. to address guest feedback highlighting worn props and outdated sets, particularly in their CSI-themed room.

With full creative control, we redeveloped the space into a completely refreshed experience whilst still in keeping with a CSI theme. Our team provided a strong narrative foundation and led project management, producing a detailed themed book, concept art, floor plans, and health and safety documentation. The project included a full scenic overhaul, new props and gameplay elements, upgraded lighting and audio, a custom video sequence, and a trailer, along with a complete new branding package for the attraction.

Despite a very tight budget and timeframe, the project was successfully delivered, revitalizing the CSI room and improving guest engagement and satisfaction and continues to be the most popular room for the branch,
