Scream Effects Co. were approached by the team at Walsall Scaremaze to help develop the Christmas show for the 2024 Christmassacre season. This would serve as an overlay to their successful Halloween production, The Haunting of Amelia Birchall, and act as a continuation of the story arc.

Armed with a top-line synopsis, we were tasked with developing the preshow story and scripts, including the preshow audio track, onsite actor training, and detailed character bios.

S.E.C. worked closely with the attraction’s creative team to ensure the show reflected their vision while also supporting smooth guest flow.

The production went on to win “Best Out of Season” at the 2024 annual ScareCON Scare Awards.
